7 Little Changes That Will Make a Big Difference with How You Feel about Yourself

Loving the person you actually are is feeling good about oneself. For that you need to settle with yourself. 
Let me guess...You're here because you don't feel good about yourself? Am I right? It's so easy to believe that you're not good enough. Maybe your friends or family or even your own brain may have made you feel like this. But I'm here to make to realize that you're special. There are 7.8 billions of people on this planet, and still no one can do a better job of being you than YOU. Feeling better? Go ahead and read till the end to know how to feel good about yourself.
 

1. "You all are perfectly designed to be imperfect"


Feel good about yourself. You go look at yourself in mirror and be like Oh I hate my nose, I hate these scars on my legs.

You're flawed or imperfect? Everyone is right? You need to accept yourself as who you are. Embrace all your imperfections, there are a part of you,they make you unique and as who you are right now.

2. Everyone's timings are different

Stop comparing yourself with others. Everything in life happens according to our time,our clock. You may look at some of your friends and think that they're ahead of you, maybe some of them you feel are behind, they have their own time and clock and so do you. Be patient. Whether it's in career or relationships be patient. Here are some late success stories:



3. Enjoy your present

We get so engrossed in building our future that we forget living in the most precious and neglected unit of time, the present moment.

4. Help yourself

If there are things you don't like, do something about it. Want a perfect shaped body ? Go hit the gym 💪 or do some home workouts. Want a flexible body? Let's stretch or do yoga. Having bad skin days? It's time for skin care. Pamper yourself. Start helping yourself
and you'll feel the change in how you think about yourself. 

5. Grab a skill or just Relax

Be effective and efficient with your time. If there's anything that you always wanted to do, give it a shot. Pursue a hobby, a talent, complete your to-do list. Here's a list of all the things you can try out:

6. Live your life on your expectations

Be what you expect from yourself, not what others expect you to be. Pay less attention to what others say or think about you. People who insult others usually do it to make themselves feel more powerful. So try to avoid the comments and avoid jabbing back with an insult. The best thing you can do is to live your life exactly how you want to live it without looking back.

Remove all toxic people and those who drain your energy from your life. Be friends with people that make you feel good about yourself.

7. Be kind

Be humble, help a needy. Don't do it to brag or to show others, do it for yourself because you want to do it. A simple small act of kindness can make your day 10x better. It will make you feel good as a human.
