One beautiful morning: One day morning routine to try

I have a perfect plan for both you and me to have a beautiful morning, but for that you need to do some preparations. First tidy up your room. You can bring flowers, make your desk space. Second set up an alarm for 5 A.M or just half an hour before sunrise in your country. Third get your bath bombs ready and some overnight skin care


THE MORNING ROUTINE

1. 5 A.M: GET UP !!

Don't hit the snooze button just get up its worth it, Splash your face with cold water. Get yourself a cup of tea or coffee or water. I prefer water.
Open the windows of your house or just sit in the balcony. Watch the birds, listen to them singing, enjoy your me time. 

2. 5:20 A.M: THE SUNRISE

Sunsets are overrated when Sunrise is equally beautiful. Watch the sunrise you can play some music if you want. Again the timings may be different according to your country.

3. TIME FOR STRETCHING

Now you may either play some birds singing sounds or sound of rain. You may also play music of your choice. 


 Let's stretch 🧎🏼‍♀️

4. GET THINGS DONE

At this point we are fully awake so lets start doing the work that involves sitting down. 
If you journal you can do journaling, or read a book or draw something , if you're a blogger you can write blog ideas, if you're a business person you can work on that. I find myself the most productive in this hour of time so I like doing work work that involves brainstorming or concentration. 

5. GET READY

It's time for you to again to de-stress yourself, take a bath or whatever, get dressed. It's a new day you have never seen before and will never see it again, lets get it 💪. 

6. BREAKFAST

Its time for the best meal of the day, breakfast. By this time you would be hungry you can grab anything you would like to eat. If you're not a regular breakfast eater I'm not gonna force you. Some shake and fruits will do for me 😁.
